Registration for 2023 has now closed

Fees

We are charging a registration fee for the summer school series, which is reduced for the virtual format to cover software licenses and related support.

Early bird : £75 (approx. 80€) Deadline is Monday 8th May 2023

Standard : £100 (approx. 120€) Deadline is Wednesday 31st May 2023

Registration process

Registration is open to anyone from any country, but it is intended that fees are paid by your institution, studentship or grant. 

While we hope to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to attend, the number of places on the summer school is limited and so, in case of over subscription, we are asking all registrants to provide a description briefly outlining why they would like to attend the summer school and the AO research area that they work in (max. 200 words).

Scholarships

There will be a small number of scholarships available to allow attendance free of charge – if you would like to apply please provide a justification of your need for a scholarship (max. 200 words).
